CentraAir Air-Powered Leveler
Pit Style, Compressed Air Powered Dock Leveler
The McGuire® CentraAir® (CA) air-powered dock leveler incorporates the use of existing plant air or dedicated compressor and an industrial automotive-grade air bellows system to raise and lower the platform. It's operated with "push button" activation and requires no electricity in the pit, making the unit perfect for wash-down applications or wet environments.
The CA Air-Powered Leveler is an environmentally friendly addition to any material handling operation and will have minimal effect on the building's electrical footprint. This leveler is available in a wide range of sizes and capacities and can be modified for special applications.
The CentraAir Leveler comes in 6’, 6’6” & 7’ standard widths and 6’, 8’ & 10’ standard lengths. Standard capacities are 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K, and 55K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating). Patent US 8, 627, 529

Air bellows lifting system
Utilizes the same lift technology as air ride suspension trailers to raise the leveler and extend the lip.

Full Width Rear Hinge
McGuire is the only dock leveler manufacturer that employs a full width rear hinge mounted in compresssion, using a 1" diameter solid steel rod. So indestructable, it carries a lifetime warranty.

Pneumatic push button operation
Push-button activation without any electrical needed. Simple push button activation opens the leveler mounted valve raising the leveler. Release of the button allows leveler to gently lower onto the truck.

Lockout/Tagout Maintenance Strut
Enhance safety at the dock during required maintenance and adjustments with this high visibility safety feature on all McGuire dock levelers. This takes your dock safety program to a higher level with suggested usage of this feature.

Structural Steel Frame
While some manufacturers use flat stock or other light duty material, McGuire uses 4" structural "C" channel on all pit levelers.

Very reliable and low maintenance air valve system controls the flow of air to inflate the bellows and then lower the leveler.

Power by Plant Air or Dedicated Compressor
Utilizing either your existing plant air or a dedicated compressor provides flexibility to apply this environmentally friendly system. An in-line regulator assures you of consistent 90PSI operation. Usage of an “Air” pushbutton makes this a very “Green” system.

Full Range Telescoping Toe Guards
Provides top safety to your employees at the dock while operating any McGuire hydraulic or air operated dock leveler. Assures any dock leveler with a downward bias inherent in operation has enhanced safety closures at the edges to protect your employees.
