Parts Order Policies


Please read our policies and guidelines prior to puchasing parts.

WE ONLY SELL THROUGH AUTHORIZED DEALERS: Please contact Technical Service to help find your local authorized dealer.

  • For all inquiries on part numbers, pricing and availability please contact our technical services group at 1-800-643-5424 or you can submit a quote via this form.
  • All invoices must be paid per the terms assigned to your account.
  • All parts orders carry a $25.00 minimum order charge. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged the difference up to $25.00.
  • Submitting this order request is not a confirmation that your order has been received and/or processed. An acknowledgment will be sent via the fax number submitted on this request after the order has been processed. Orders received after 12:00pm central time will be processed the next business day. Standard stock parts will ship within 1-2 business days. Custom and non stock parts will have a greater lead time.
  • Systems Inc will not be held responsible for any order (this includes priority shipments) not arriving on time to its destination as UPS makes no guarantee to us for various reasons. These reasons can include but are not limited to the following: adverse weather conditions, acts of God, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, work stoppages or slow downs, mechanical delay of aircraft or other equipment failures.
  • All parts orders have a 30 day warranty to be free of defect and workmanship.

Returned Goods Policy

  • If purchasing parts for warranty consideration or return goods you must contact our technical service dept and request a warranty claim number (WC). Please reference this WC# in the appropriate field below to insure your parts are marked for warranty.
  • Parts no longer needed (parts must be returned to Systems, Inc. and received in our office within 90 days of us shipping them out).
  • Parts ordered incorrectly (parts must be returned to Systems, Inc. and received in our office within 30 days of us shipping them out).
  • Parts shipped out incorrectly by Systems, Inc. and freight due to our error (parts must be returned to Systems, Inc. and received in our office within 30 days of us shipping them out).
